PayZoom was founded on May 4, 2006 in Daphne, Alabama. Coming out of the "big bank" world, our founder set out to bring credit card processing with a personal touch to local merchants. Twenty-plus years later, that's still exactly what we do.

We give personalized customer service that's never outsourced overseas to a call center somewhere. We serve our clients by being available.

Our clients can even text a live person in our office — not a bot — and get a response right back, plus a personal phone call if they need help. We call it the white-glove service, and we've delivered it for 20+ years. It's a major reason for our ongoing success.

We now have clients in almost every state in the country. We may not see every client in person, but they feel like friends — and several have been with us almost from the beginning. We're grateful for the trust they've placed in us.
